Design fee doesn’t need to be paid if the design is a generic design that others can use too. 

Please Purchase if we have made you a design or you need a design making. Unless the fee is paid we cannot make your design due to the influx of orders needing custom designs. 

once design fee is paid, that design is yours and yours only.
